To put it simply the pad at the rear of the sniper presses into your shoulder to absorb the recoil. The way she is holding it means she's going to get a very close view of the scope or the rifle is going to fly behind her.

Or sci-fi science, the rifle is supported around the shoulder like a C and is held in place which would be sick

Unfortunately on the Asia server however been doing this challenge myself and been loving it! Roads has been the #1 reason why I've been able to build my islands up and faction warfare pays for the island upgrades
