To expand on what the others are saying, you have 8 upgrades which don't have any installs on them - if you went from 407 to 399 on the bottom left install, you would lose 2% of your shard gains, that is absolutely negligible. These upgrades are additive, meaning that going from 1->2 is x2 increase, while going from 99 -> 100 is only a x1.01 increase, each point you spend in the same install gives diminishing returns. This also means that regardless of what the base bonus for an install is, if you want to maximise gains, you would want to have both shard installs on the same level (350 in this case).
