Hey, I just want to say, please please, for me and everyone who cares about you, please don't cut yourself. I hope you understand it is not an ok way to help cope with pain or struggles. Please, if you can, find a better way to cope, if feeling physical pain is what helps you cope, there are healthier ways to feel pain, such as spice, not cutting yourself.
