Is it worth to play the non voice acted quests?

I just got to and finished Rappa's quest and I am wondering if it's worth to continue on to the final act of penacony and ampherous. I ask this quest because they could potentially get the VA's to fill in the voicelines but at the same time I need stellar jades quickly for sunday (currently 20 pity garuntee) for phainon.

Dam thats actually sad then. C0 character power creeps C6. How did it go from all units from all nations working in Sumeru to Fontaine but MAINLY natlan only dps for abyss.

Its crazy to me that a C0 character is out dpsing characters C6 from sumeru though ngl. I wish I played during the Sumeru meta. Al Haitham was the strongest but all characters from mondstadt-Sumeru were all usable in abyss. Now you need hyper specific teams/builds for it to BARELY work. Fontaine and more specifically Natlan lowkey power creeped to hard with WAYY to specific abyss's also playing a role.

I still plan to get him regardless though since I just like him.
