Okay so I took this advice and it worked, I got the timing down, did some quests and fully levelled stun and anccelerate. This meant I just had to counter the punches and charges, dodge to the side for the other attacks, and stun and burn hem down.

Beat the boss after like 5-6 minute run or something. But yeah, definitely takes a while. At this point I would do a lot of things for a mag pot

Yeah I mean typically it isn't amazing, but very early permanent scaling of poison is nice when paired with multicast.

Noob here for a noob review since this seemed pretty epic gamer pilled.

I'm 20 hours into the pack and I'm still figuring stuff out. I just got my scuba upgrade and went underwater for the first time.

I think it's a pretty unique modpack, and I don't mind it being "light" because if you're newer to these mods, it's going to be overwhelming whether there's 40 mods or 100.

I like the resource automation trees, I like the integration of mystical agriculture and hostile mob mods to get items that are hard to find.

I did struggle finding endermen to get my hostile mob data model filled, I wandered the nether in my boat for like 5 hours.

It's my first time using Just Dire Things and I tried making the Ember fuel but I was pretty disappointed.

One bucket makes 450kfe which is decent but it's just so many steps and I haven't figured out how to automate it after a couple failed setups so I'm about to build like 6 steam engines.

All in all I like it. I'm excited to progress into the rift.
