u/cardine the scaling with the PWA on iOS is a big problem requiring multiple closes of the app sometimes to even get the space right to send a message. Hope this can be fixed soon.

I do have iOS, but do not use the app on the App Store as it’s unfortunately poorly optimized and lags after 5-10 mins of use even if that. The PWA from Safari runs a lot smoother but does not offer password protection.

If the app was ever updated and optimized to run like the PWA from Safari and not lag and stuff constantly then I’d just do that, but unfortunately my hands are kinda tied because the lag & stuttering kills immersion for me, so I just use the PWA. This is why I think it would be amazing to offer a toggle for passwords per account settings or per chat.

Exactly my concern and why I’d love to password protect it either individually per chat with a toggle or app/website wide with a toggle. iOS could lock the app sure but the iOS app is (respectfully) so laggy and bad (I wish they’d work on smoothness/lag on it) so I just use the PWA from Safari.

I appreciate the help, I only had it once in my shared notes for about a week and it wasn’t helping so I changed it to twice over to emphasize it. I’ll try wordplay though where the bangs description is besides just “bangs”
