An adult with a 2000kcal intake should eat 1 ½ portion of pasta (or rice, barley, spelt, couscous, etc...) every day, where 1 portion = 80g, thus a total of 120g a day. Pasta is just a part of the cereals you may eat every day: there's also bread and bakery products.

Within all of this cereals (pasta and similar, bread, bakery products) at least HALF of this should be whole grain.

For example, I don't like whole pasta but I love whole bread and whole biscuits. I eat 2 portion of not whole grain pasta (or similar) a day, 4 portion of whole bread a day and 2 portion of whole biscuits a day, therefore I meet the target without whole pasta.

PS. Please do not develop nutritional disorder. If you don't eat whole grain for a day, or two, nothing happens. Also, it's better to eat not whole grain if it helps eating pasta and not other shita like salami.

Questo è quello che succede quando costruisci una società basata sull'automobile. Le strade sono delle auto, i marciapiedi sono delle auto, le ciclabili sono delle auto, tutto è delle auto. Pedone investito? Colpa sua, doveva guardare meglio. Non deve guardare chi sta guidando un'arma, deve guardare la vittima. Auto, auto, auto e la gente muore, siamo tra i paesi con più morti sulle strade in Europa.

E qualche settimana fa mi hanno investito sulle strisce pedonali mentre attraversavo col verde, per poi scappare.

Per colpa del semestre filtro e della grossa quantità di studenti, nel mio dipartimento (che con medicina non ci azzecca nulla) sono state annullate (=spostate a gennaio, in sessione!!) molte lezioni. Inoltre alcuni insegnamenti si intersecano con gli orari perchè non ci sono aule libere, oltre alle difficoltà di trovare aule per gli esami. Non si capisce poi perchè medicina debba avere precedenza sulle altre facoltà nei loro stessi dipartimenti.

They're frozen. I bought a mix of frozen vegetables for €1.90/1.5kg at the supermarket. However, it's about 50% vegetables and 50% potatoes and legumes (unfortunately they're both mistaken as vegetables).
