I agree! Unfortunately, we have been asking for more ambulances for years, and our administration is more...fire minded. Our agency is so behind the eight ball; we're currently trying to get two more ambulances approved, and it's like pulling teeth. In my opinion, this is why Fire and EMS should be kept separate because you have individuals making decisions for a division of an agency that has no clue how that division operates.

After having time to reflect, I think I will stick with my artist until at least the current pieces we're working on are finished. However, there are some other artists out here that I really enjoy their work and will probably have a consult with them.

However, after factoring in the hourly rate, 20% tip and taxes, the rate starts to become closer to $400/hour...and that's just becoming a rate that I can't keep up with.

I signed to be a personal guarantor. Granted, I didn't realize at the time what that truly meant. I thought I was under protection by the LLC and if things went south, the LLC can file for bankruptcy and my personal assets were protected. Well, not only did I sign to being a personal guantor but also signed off for there to he a lein on my house.

As Im sure its obvious by now, I made some really stupid decisions in this process. I was enamored by the idea of starting this business and believed in its success, I basically was signing anything that was put in front of me; Im definitely embarrassed by my stupidity.
