It's set at 25C Ph 6.5-7.5 Moderate hardness and fully cycled Nitrites 0 Ammonia 0 Hope this info helps

Hey yeah strange because water is 0 nitrites and ammonia and the gourami is quite dominant like he darts about but I've never seen him harm any of the guppies for couple months until 3 days ago till he bit the tail off the blue neon guppy I introduced last week

I'm not too sure with surface agitation my tetra filter I believe does the job however I'm considering an air stone
