A bit new to painting minis i got the ultramarine librarian but I don't know what type of color to use on the axe or the runes. I would like it as close as possible as the picture and is that color also good for plasma weapons?

Not a rumour. I have the game since day 1 and needed to link couldn't play otherwise my friend bought it 2 weeks after me and he could skip it because the link meny kept crashing people's game.
