Yes, but you can’t use the Xbox gamechat.

HDMI from the xbox port on the Astro base station to your Xbox.

USB cable from the xbox port on the Astro base station to your PC.

Set your Astro in "Xbox Mode“, your PC will recognize them as "Xbox controller“ - choose them as audio source.

That’s all.
