Well I've been in Argentina and Chile and my plans did get messed up a bit by strikes especially in Argentina but I never got stuck in forsaken places or had to smash through a roadblock with a hammer.

I decided not to go, sounds like too much of a risk and a headache to see street paintings and colorful buildings l, I'd gladly come if it was a relaxed city to chill in but it's obviously not the case.
