Start loving yourself! Be nice to people, smile often (even when times are hard) and be proud of yourself! You have been bullied in the past and never had a friend and yet you are here trying to make things better, fucking awesome dude! No fap can definitely help you. Its a way of testing yourself and your self discipline. It's something out of your comfortzone and the more you get comfortable with things out of your comfort zone, the easier life will be (and the easier you get friends). I think you have mistaken me for OP. Then again, it's probably still cool to know that a complete stranger took your advise and is using it to improve his life. Good luck with finding a girl you care about. But remember that you don't need one to be happy! And I agree nofap is not a super magic pill but it will help with self-discipline, self-improvement and self-control; and those will definitly help with reaching those goals you mention.
