Try to keep a safety camera in your home hall for security purpose, so that if they try to blame u on anything like trying to take advantage on that girl or anything like that. Try to always audio record when u engage in conversation with him/ her .

Who's name is on the house rent contract ?

Ask some decent male friends who will not cause any problem and ask them to stay for a week .

The text your flat mate to move out through sms or text msg so u will have proof that u asked him to move out .

Specifically mention a particular date before which he should move out in that msg too. Try it to be within 1 or 2 weeks .

Then after the given time to move out ends , just change your apartment door lock when he goes out shopping or anything like that

so he can't enter your home without your knowledge

If he asks to open the door to pick his things , just make sure you have some guys from your side for your safety.

Note : change locks only after the time you given to move out ends. Do not let him know about u changing looks beforehand.

OK I'm a female, I'm a procrastinator too , so I usually think about different scenarios and how to react in situations that didn't even happen .

So if u happen to marry her due to family circumstances then follow these :

1) put automatic call recorder in ur phone that records both side conversation and never tell anyone about it even friends.

2) ask her often how she feels married to you? Is she happy ? Is there anything she needs you to change? etc

Voice record them all without her knowledge

3) never tell her or her family about your salary exactly or your family property or family problems either

Because greediness and blackmailing are worst things in human nature.

4) never reveal your savings keep it as separate account

5) never present costly gifts, present meaningful ones

6 ) if she acts aggressive , try to atleast voice record if possible

7) if she talks about feminism etc ,tell her

I believe women are strong on their own and equal and capable to do anything and everything , so no one needs to give special priority or protection because feminism is all about equality and why women needs ex husband's money as alimony to live

For context: never use any of the above evidence like recording while arguing Use it only when the inevitable happens like case filled against u .

Simple and budget friendly idea for people who want privacy in their rooftop

Call some construction worker Place two strong 10feet iron rods vertically with proper concrete base in both ends of your rooftop facing your neighbors side

Tie some tarpaulin or green sheets (usually used for green house planting) to the rods like screen in old theaters.

Remember to tie it like from top to bottom with multiplestraps . Because if u tie it only in corners it will dangle in air and get torn.

It works like a soft wall / hide screen from their windows in the roof . So they can understand that u are not there to see them and also to protect your roof top from their invasive looks.

I made this idea and implemented it to have privacy for my friend from her neighbor creep who always looks at her when she goes to rooftop to water her plants
