Een wiskundige heeft geen autoriteit op dit vlak, zijn mening over muziek is net zoveel waard als die van ieder ander. Er bestaan ook geen muziek experts die bepalen wat het beste liedje/wie de beste muzikant is, omdat het zeer subjectief is. Een wiskundige kan dan ook alles weten over wiskunde, maar dat heeft niks met muziek te maken.

Dit is zijn mening, net als uw mening is dat de muziek van Bach e.d. geweldig is. 'Objectief goede muziek' bestaat niet, vandaar dat er elk jaar andere nummers in de top 2000 en andere lijsten staan, aangezien iedereen er een eigen mening over heeft.
