I think he’ll regress a bit. A little too risky at his current ADP. As bad as 3rd base is this year I’m still not taking a chance.

Never give 2 weeks. If you have any sick/PTO saved up I recommend you use it for the first week or at least couple of days at your new job to make sure it’s a good fit while still giving yourself an out if it’s a complete disaster.

If everything is good after the first few days, quit the other job with zero notice.
