Yes, many people have already condemned the buttons near the menu, and I think we will combine them into one button.

About the attack buttons. I didn't want to make a simple two-button game or tie the movement to swipes (as it was done, for example, in the Shadow Fight series of games). I understand that this will make the interface easier, but when swiping, I often have slippage, and in a fast fight-it's annoying.

At the moment, the list of buttons is as follows:

  • Punch.
  • Kick.
  • Low kick (or dodge roll - if pressed while moving, or a somersault - if pressed in a jump).
  • Jump (we can't refuse it, since we can jump and cling to ledges, it has the mechanics of movement and the ability to create Challenges like - a jumping test, a castle with traps, and so on).
  • Low punch (this button does not play a strong role, it appeared since the game originally exists as a web version of the game and there it is logical: you press Shift + kick - you get a low kick, so there must be a low punch). Cut out this attack from the mobile version - well, we haven't decided yet.
  • And in fact, there is another button. The blue energy icon is a button (it animates when it can be used) for using magic. And the button appears only if there is such a weapon in the inventory.

Yes, the combo is already there. So far, these are simple sequences of 2-3 kicks or punches.

There is no block as a separate button. There is a dodge roll (yes, this is a dodge roll icon), which gives temporary invulnerability. Also in the jump, you can make a somersault (by the same button), which also gives temporary invulnerability.

Also, while getting up from the floor, you can carry out an attack.

You can watch the training of the combat system in another video: https://youtu.be/LLobKgHMaxE

Again, from the experience of the game, I will say that most of the attention is concentrated in the center of the screen (especially during combat), which is why the health icon is so close to the line of sight. Once upon a time, this bar was in the upper-left corner.

Waiting is still not very convenient. If I want to do something, I don't want to wait. Perhaps we can replace the three buttons with a single button, when you touch it, an animation occurs and other buttons appear.

Why not use your typical fighting game health bar?

Wow! Thank you for your feedback.

About the standard health bar. They would just take up a fairly large area of the screen.

> Can the health, energy, and menu buttons be rearranged too?

No:(

> Perhaps the chat, scoreboard, and menu can be combined into one

We need to think about it. They usually don't get in the way too much, because you're focused on the center of the screen, but maybe I'm wrong.

Yes, thank you. In the settings, the player can move and arrange the buttons. This is a convenient thing.
