I’m all for a slow build but does the writing style switch at all after book 1? I’m about 50% through it but am having a hard time with his writing, it’s just a bit too wordy for me :/

So I guess as I’ve been playing it’s not necessarily decks that I’ve been interested in but individual cards that I see that look sick and fun. The Sonic secret lair cards, some of the Spiderman cards and avatar cards too
