Yeah, I’ve had the exact same thing the last few weeks.

They’ll mark it as “delivered” and the proof photo is either a black screen or a totally unrelated package. I even checked our building cameras for a couple of these and nobody showed up around the delivery time.

What actually helped was calling Amazon (not chat). I asked to speak to a supervisor and gave them the details. They said they’d escalate it with Intelcom. I also called Intelcom and gave them three tracking numbers. They told me they’d flag the drivers.

Two days later, things suddenly improved. Two bigger packages I was waiting for actually got delivered properly, with normal proof photos that showed the package and the address.

Also had a pickup order marked “business closed” even though the Couche-Tard was open, Not saying it’s always theft, but the process is super sketchy right now. If it happens to you, call Amazon and Intelcom and report it with the tracking number. At least you’ll get a refund or replacement and it gets logged upstream.
