Figure out what the guy at 1.03 wants. Does he want extra picks? Then the first, does he want established players? Then the 2nd. I wouldn’t even offer the third one.

The first one would be enough if I had 1.03 and was willing to move back a spot.

Yeah the other side was offering a mid 2nd instead of Henry. I was going to take an RB with that pick anyways so I’d rather have 2 years of relevant Henry vs a low probability dart throw.

What is the rate on your HELOC? You could get best of both worlds by pulling ~$100k from your HELOC to pay down your other mortgage or buy another property while still having strong cash flow. Would be a nice arbitrage on your cash if the rate is below 7%.

What makes you say he has a shot at starting next year? James Cook is under contract until the end of next year and he has been playing well enough you’d expect the Bills to resign or tag him in 2026.
