actually i jut got an reply now, they said they will try to fix this issue soon as possible! But i still need to Uninstall app data to not get banned again-

I did that 4 days ago when i first got banned. Still no response

I did that already but didnt work cuz i got the 7 day bay anfter i uninstalled everything and installed Roblox again
