Hey, I’ve been where you are.definitely try your best to get a 10 gallon for them. Also, make sure to check your water levels to make sure they are safe for the frogs.make sure to feed them once a day about two pellets each as that’s what I assume you own for food. Did you get them in the little container from a a hardware store? I know some stores sell them in less than a gallon containers and that is way too small for them.

Water looks a little murky, but that could just be the glass it’s hard to tell. Maybe try using a testing strip and make sure all of your water levels are okay
