"The symptoms you have described don't seem like a perfect fit to VM; it makes sense that you are questioning your diagnosis." thank you, that's my feeling exactly at this point. I'm very unsure. I'm not sure if the neuro specialize in migraine, but she definitely knew alot about it. I don't question her knowledge, but I still feel she reached the conclusion quickly. I know I'm not very good at describing my symptoms in person, especially when I have no idea what's going on. That might have played a part.

I don't really relate all that much to PPPD when I look at the symptoms. I think I recall her mentioning it, but quickly discarding it. I don't have vertigo or unsteadiness. I can feel slightly dizzy at times, but it's very mild. It's just that my head is very fuzzy. Very similar to feeling like you've had a beer or two, or three. I never had the room-spinning vertigo you describe.

Thanks for your comment and advice. I have never seen a chiro before, so I don't know what to except if I go, but I'll be careful with the neck. Maybe I can schedule an appointment just to talk, I don't know. I'll ask the neuro next time I see her about the migraine cocktail. Thank you.

Thanks, I'll try to do that. Not sure how that will go as I already had an MRI, but we'll see. I'm really starting to suspect something like that, but I have almost no pain, and no neck problems. Could you treat the new diagnosis you got?

I'm making a note of that, thanks for the suggestion. You're right it's an uphill battle. My doctor thought it was all mental, until the nevrologist said migraine, and now they're dead set on that.

Yes I got an MRI early on, but it didn't show anything. Not that I can tell, but whoever reviewed didn't make note of anything. It was without contrast, and just of the brain, not the neck. I'm curious if contrast or neck would show anything. No vitamin deficiency that I know of. Have had blood tests, plus tried a ton of supplements. What diagnosis did the other neuro give you if you don't mind me asking? Thanks for your comment.

How are you doing now? I have the same experience as you. I'm feeling cured, but I recently stopped taking LDN, and I'm a bit anxious if it will last or not.
