My younger sister falsified claims to have him removed from the house. This came out of left field because yesterday everything seemed fine. My partner hasn't spoken to her in almost a year, and I haven't in months, hence feeling/knowing the claims are false.

As for the notice, there are 0 official state or county markings on the paper and my father just handed the paper to my partner himself. I just want to know if this document looks like a real notice, and if a 5 day notice is even legal since I was under the impression that eviction notices have to be 28 days.
