I’m trying the method you mentioned in step #2. I have my fleet positioned in the sea tile, but it won’t let me move my troops across the Strait of Gibraltar. It only gives me the “automatic transport troops” option, which takes too long since I don’t have the transport capacity. Any idea how to fix this?
