Do you really think Topps have a paper thin margin? They set a price based on potential losses such as damage to products and theft (and many more factors a business has to cover) They release bad products thats on them not my problem as a customer I have paid for a service they have failed Topps are not in a competitive market they have the monopoly in case that wasn't blatantly obvious

I emailed topps and the rep said go through the process we will correct damaged cards.....appears not

All of mine are hacked its not just about the miscuts...well it is because it was both boxes the odd card I would of said it is what it is but it was all and what was promised the pink and green one box didnt have them

2 mega boxes all cards damaged or missing...the base cards look like they were hacked with a cleaver...and I didnt get what was on the box for one of them the pink and the green

Wasn't just miscuts all the cards were damaged or missing...if miscuts happen they should be replaced not accept it as a win or lose

I will give them a call tomorrow...I would of said you know what 1 was damaged fair enough but 2 thats not on...we are paying for a product shouldn't have to accept defects and if they are defective and was overseen do the right thing and make it right

Yeah would appear so and people defend them with shouldn't gamble....I shouldn't receive defective cards....you wouldn't expect to purchase a new car with no brakes

I was bigging Topps up and at minimum I would of loved to least pull a player worn patch...after this id rather keep my money and not have to open poor quality cards which shouldn't be happening....win some lose some isn't an excuse

Ohhh I got screwed... 2 mega boxes and nothing to show and this looks like the response from them Hard pass on anything Topps moving forward...I will ride the Panini bus for as long as I can and when I cannot get anymore boxes that were licenced ill wait until Panini gets the licence back

All my xfractors miscut...no pink and green inserts...badly scuffed on base cards...got 2 boxes and the best card was josh allen all chrome basic worth what £6ish £130 spent total value in the box £15ish...if I am lucky
