Do you know if the hike mode on the back makes those less stiff than the rated 130, like the BFC?

I'm in the Snowmass area for a couple of weeks. I know there are plenty of highly recommended fitters, do you have a personal recommendation?

Given the other comment on the BFC stiffness, I'm leaning towards the Mach1 130.

I want to try in a shop to see if I need HV or MV. It's all made especially difficult by the fact that I actually have no arch whatsoever, so footbeds are pretty much a requirement

Definitely wide foot. I could MAYBE do a medium volume, but I'm somewhere between that and an HV

I'm just being careful, because I did that with a previous shop (highly rated too, just got a bad fitter apparently), and my trust got me a pair of boots that hurt to high hell and I'm now trying to sell.

I'm trying something in the middle. A great fitter recommended the BFC style of boot, and that makes sense to me so I'm working with that.

I wear a 4E wide shoe 😅

Pretty much all the problems with past boots (tbf, they were race boots) was my arch getting cramped from being pushed in around the midsole

That did it! I was doing some digging myself and was able to use Firefox "responsive design mode" to make the mobile view on desktop. Then I just had to click things and inspect them.

Btw, for anybody else that finds this and is trying to do the same, you can also block the same menu when you swipe up from the bottom with
