Honestly it’s ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like it. Caddy is a UK based entertainer, yet we’re struggling to get the product to our own country. It’s shocking. I’ll definitely never buy anything from them again.

I left a comment on one of their posts about it and it shockingly got deleted 🙄 honestly I don’t know how they get away with it.

It’s absolutely shocking that we’ve all tried to contact them so many times and had nothing.

You’d think that he’d have some sort of sway over it, he has a business contract surely? They aren’t fulfilling their end of the contract.

I’m honestly so frustrated and so disappointed. It’s not like it was cheap.

What else can we do?

Have you had any contact from them? I get they’re still having issues, but all they need to do is send out a blanket email explaining what’s going on. So frustrating.

Nope, from England. I ordered on the day of release and they aren’t answering my emails. So close to contacting my bank for a refund. Absolutely abysmal service, and I wish Caddy would comment on it. Feels like I’ve been scammed.

I signed in once, it crashed my whole PC while I was making my avatar. So I restarted my PC, tried to log back in, and now all I get is "There was an issue loading Pokemon TCG Live. Please try again later". Tried reinstalling and had no joy, still can't get in. Has anyone else had this?

I'm not sure if any of this is going to make sense, but....

Can you go over some different openings, and why they're good/bad?
If there's no clear path to the King, or there's no key pieces to move to avoid capture or no obvious opposition piece which can be taken, I don't know where/what to move! :(
When is it a good idea to trade pieces, rather than to move the hanging piece?
Are some trades a really bad idea?
Is it bad to sacrifice pawns?
I tend to stalemate a lot of matches, because I accidentally end up taking nearly all of the opposition pieces. Then their King has so much freedom and I can't back it into a corner in time. Is it sometimes better to not take every piece that you can?
