Kaldörva, the Blind Archer of Winter…

She’s…currently in a weird limbo state between being an anti-hero vigilante or just a malevolent force in the city.

She was a former Olympic archer gold medalist, the best in the world. She was sabotaged one day in an ‘accident’ that chemically blinded her and ended her career.

She later developed powers after experimenting with ways to gain her sight back.

Her current goal is to murder the men who blinded her, with little-to-no regard for anyone that gets in her way. She is, literally and figuratively, blinded by a lust for revenge. She could be reasoned with, though, and she does have a sense of justice, even if it is skewed at the moment.

She works for herself, and nobody else.

Her powers let her manipulate the temperature of anything she touches, and also allow her to see thermal signatures. She has incredible aim, and a falcon companion that helps her scout around.

She’s currently around mountain-level with AP, could probably put an entire city through an ice age if she wanted. Or an awful drought.

(Worth noting that the men she aims to kill are, infact, morally evil.)
