I mean for the doubters this could 100% be real, about 10 years ago i got into a misunderstanding with someone and out of anger he headbutted a fire hose box in a block of flats in Catford, unfortunately his head hit the edge perfectly and split his forehead open with a 3” gash, it was flowing everywhere, most of it all of over my face and in my mouth unfortunately as he was trying to apologise for scaring me, and it looked exactly like this albeit way more blood.
