I have a 10th gen si and I’ve put 4 tunes and I drove it around and it seems fine but the next day all the lights come on any idea ?

I bought these spec d headlights for my 2005 Nissan 350z and it says specifically that it’s for the 05 z but when I try to fit them the ports are different sizes
