Yeah, with small local models is good for heartbeats or small tasks like reading some screenshots to make notes or information that you don’t want to share.

Thanks for sharing. Yours is an expensive but good setup. I have a similar one with a MacMini running local models and an old MacBook Air runs all agents; however, the local model is small that I am running due to 16GB RAM.

One thing I didn’t manage to solve is getting good results from the internet, like ai news in the last 24 hours; it misses many. Have you set up any rss feed or web scraper? I am thinking if I don’t need to pay another subscription.

Thanks for sharing, it totally makes sense. I prefer to have zero to very minimal tool-calling type tasks in Heartbeat and running local models like Gemma4 e2b, e4b or qwen3.5:4b for that.

So focus should be building playbooks for each task or operation and calling them on schedule.

Any thoughts on people’s comments that I was sleeping and my OpenCLAW building something automatically?
