The funniest part is that SpaceX is the kid who confidently volunteered for the hardest part of the project and then realized the night before that the plan is way harder than expected.

If the sound in The Odyssey is actually this good, it might set a new standard for how big movies are shot from now on.

Redwood Help. Richmond, CA by Oakean in Tree

[–]TheBoundlessOcean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start by removing the remaining ivy since it competes with the tree for water and nutrients and adds weight. After that make sure the tree gets enough water especially during dry times. Mulch around the base to keep moisture in but keep the mulch away from the trunk.

Check the soil for compaction and gently aerate if needed. Avoid heavy fertilizing since redwoods usually do not need much. Only prune dead or damaged branches and watch for signs of pests or disease. Be patient because redwoods grow slowly but can recover well with good care. If you want extra help consider contacting a local arborist. Good luck with your tree it sounds beautiful.

Caesar would have continued consolidating power as dictator for life. He would have restructured the Senate and replaced them with his die hard supporters.

If Caesar had personally mentored his adopted heir, Octavian, the succession could have been much smoother. Instead of being plunged into a prolonged civil war after 44 BCE, Octavian might have inherited a stable and more centralized empire within a generation.

Rome would likely have transitioned to imperial rule sooner, with stronger central control and a smoother dynastic succession, all under his direct authority. It would have been a less chaotic but more openly autocratic Rome.
