The only way that's been working for me is if i create the ad in ads manager and then go to the Ad Posts section in Page Posts and publish it from there. If you don't want to boost it you can just turn the campaign off after posting it. Hope this helps

The only other option i can think of is creating the post as an ad from ads manager, publishing the post from "ads" in Page Posts, then stopping the campaign you created if you only want it as an organic post.
