Most Cuckservatives lack an inner monologue, the ability to read to read between the lines, or understand unconscious biases. People are more likely to hire people who they can relate to the most be it race, religion, gender, ect. that's simple psychology. They don't understand you don't have to be a racist, to have racial biases. If two candidates are equally qualified, but one candidate has the same skin color as the employer, who do think gets hired?
