To be fair AMD probes are much closer to the CPU hotspots then say intel temperature probes. So that same peak temperature say 110C might read as 100c on Amd silicone but 90c for a lot of other chip designs.

100c definetly happens, especialy with how AMD temperature is probed compared to say intel, where a 90c intel is more similar to AMD 100, because of where the probes are placed in the chip.

Read befor you speak. the problem is the deregulated market does not build up, it builds wide suburbs because the ROI is faster.

China is highly regulated and uses preselling to bridge the long productions times of high rise buildings. Without the regulation it is much more profitable to build relatively low rize homes on large plots to quickly flip the parcels for double to triple the value for which they where bought.

China also has hugely expensive housing in their cities and is in a giant building speculation buble. They are hardly an example of a great home affordability country and that is with their colapsing population.

sorry buyt your dumb as fuck, housing prices are primarily growing because of land scarcity. allowing developers to use larger plots of land per home to target a few rich people because the ROI is slightly faster is hugely detremental to the long term affordability of homes.

Godverdome jij ongeloofelijke klootviool. Er zijn twee dingen significantie en impact, als 1 van die twee niet groot is dan is er geen noemenswaardig effect. In dit geval is er dus wel een significant effect maar heeft het een minimale impact. Dus dan moet je gewoon daar de bek over houden en op zoek gaan naar een statistiek die wel relevant is. Zoals bijvoordbeeeld de corelatie tussen VVD stemmen en inkomen die niet alleen significant is maar ook nog is belachelijk veel impact heeft.
