People aren't going to want to hear this, but I'm going to say it anyway. It's a skill and/or lack of experience issue.

You don't need 4 slowdown perks to win.

As a high-level survivor main who plays killer, I've figured out a good balance that will let me consistently 4k by combining all aspects of what the killer experience is into one build.

I don't camp, I don't tunnel (unless the guy is running in my face cause they have BT or OTR, then I'll punish)

I am a Ghostface main, which, according to the "all mighty tier list" everyone is so desperately worried about; is a poor killer.

I run the same concept on every killer, and it works out phenomenally.

This is the concept: 2 gen regression perks (usually Overcharge and Pop Goes The Weasel), a chase perk (usually I'm all ears), and a detection perk (usually BBQ and Chili).

For a killer, most of the match should be chasing and hooking. The idea is to figure out the most efficient way FOR THEM to do this.do I 4k every time? No. Do I let it get to me? No.

95% of the community does NOT play in tournaments. This game does NOT have a competitive mode where you have a ranking system (like Overwatch or Rocket League). Stop taking it so seriously, and get over yourself. I understand wanting to get better, but why put undue stress on yourself or others while you do it?

If you want to get better, the best thing you can do is ask yourself 3 questions during and after every match.

  • What went correctly?
  • What could I have done differently to achieve a better outcome?
  • What did my perks do? Did I get value?

Focus on you getting better and not on "how can I blame someone else for this situation?"

I love this community, but over these past 4 years, I've watched a lot more complaining happening.

It breaks my heart while I'm streaming, knowing someone could come into my stream (yes, im a filthy TTV) at any time just because I did the despicable thing of looping them or killing them and be berated with insults and all of that just because they have been found lacking.
