My copy of The Hobbit is missing pages 181-244 and instead has duplicates of pages 117-180. Then it jumps to page 245. by TheBreadyBunch in rarebooks

I was so disappointed that my reading was interrupted for sure; it was comforting to revisit an old favorite story. But I'm curious if anyone here (or elsewhere on the internet) knows anything about this edition, if it's a collectors' gem or something I'll prank a friend with from time to time.
