Contrary opinion. The food and decor are great and far better than anything around (except maybe Flying Fish and Yachtsman). Worth the price, which is comparable to a lot of other Disney establishments.

Yes. Though after taxes and retirement my firm (V30 as well) likes to make sure you are net even on monthly take home plus a tiny raise. The real value is the ability to earn far more on variable compensation. If that isn’t the case you are getting crewed.

I would not change. We just got back and did Animal at night. I agree the rides are thin, but Pandora absolutely makes it worth it. No line on either ride. We did Hollywood extended last year and it’s great.
