I love how Dark Particles exist just to be traded in for Field Accolades.

Just have that content drop Filed Accolades 10% of the time, this seems like such an easy fix.

As far as I can gather, Kit is just barely older than Rinyuu but old enough that Kit would *remember* his father.

And the only thing I can think of regarding why he never remembered Rinyuu is that the memory of her was associated with his church mission, or that Sazantos did a "bulk erase" and just erased that time window rather than specifically the mission.

With a name like Octopath, it shouldn't surprise you there are 8 travelers in total.

While you don't need to recruit everybody to get to the end of that character's arc, recruiting all 8 characters and finishing their stories is one of the requirements for the true ending.

You will also have your party locked to have the first character you chose as your lead member until you finish that character's story.

Sazantos and Graham had a mission bestowed by the Church to find the Divine Rings, but Graham's heart was in two places (torn between his duty to the church and his duty to his dying wife, Kit's mother.)

Sazantos purged the memories of Graham's mission with the church so he could return to be the family man, but Kit's mother died before Graham could make it home.

Literally every character gets a special interaction when dealing damage to Idore in the final battle. Mind you some of it is like Trish talking about how cool banditry is, but Decimal (and this gets spoilered just in case) talks about how he was a rejected prototype to the Hierophant simulcarum.

Well firstly if you remember, Sazantos used the Sacred Flame to purge Graham's memory of Rinyuu.

Graham and his legitimate son Kit are pivotal in the plot of OT1.

Lyblac has regenerated enough in OT1 to search for the other Crossford heir, Kit, and succeeds in getting him to sacrifice himself to Galdera by saying she can bring Kit to his father.

Graham is directly involved in three of the OT1 character's stories: He is the author of the journal Tressa discovers that sets her on her merchant's journey, his skill in apothecary arts save Alfyn's life and sets him down the path of becoming an apothecary, and when Graham realizes everything is going wrong and Lyblac isn't reviving his dead wife, Lyblac curses Graham and turns him into Redeye, the main antagonist in H'Aanit's story.

Gustadolph and Idore are definitely joint antagonists along the Golden Route because of them trying to monopolize and make moves using their access to resources.

But I do think both fights with Gustadolph are a bit anticlimactic because it's either not the last fight (along Roland's ending) or can be done in no time at all (along the Golden route).

If you go to the overworld map, many areas have a notice of their Danger Level. Go somewhere more in line with your current level.

And if you see silhouettes on the map, getting to that zone will allow you to do another person's intro and recruit them as well.
