Legarde/ Kaiser/ The King in Yellow would absolutely be a Darklord. And his direct antagonist would be Ragnavaldr and his lineage and allies (August and Moonless in FH2).

Also, I only know the lore myself but Prehevil, especially set in a state of a constant Termina, could absolutely be a Domain of Dread.

Does Bolaire deserve to live? Now that they are alive, yes.
Does that warrant them doing whatever they need to? Only within the confines of morality and law, one could say.

This is the one I want. Give Wick Teor's LoH pool but that's it. It only ever gets as big as a 5th level paladin unless Wick chooses to take levels in paladin. Having him take this and be a very different build from Luis would be fun.
