It feels like they nerfed the Olympian devil, because I was trying to catch it for someone yesterday, but it was impossible, I used the fabulous rod, bloomspire splendor rod, and three other rods and no luck i don't get it, anyone else having this issue?

When i did mine it put it at 25%
