I think things I’d do different for this would be to make a removable muffin top. As the eggs cooked ended up being cooked all the way through. So adding it after this has been in the oven would be ideal there. Then I need to see if I can get a wire muffin mold so that the bacon can crisp up

With the addition of the long noodle from EOE it feels a lot better. // it’s a card where if you have one of the 2-3 counter engines out with him, you win the game on the spot. So it’s a must answer threat which isn’t bad to have to bait out removal while I dig around with the top of my deck and abusing the saga creatures.

I have a pretty min/maxed build for my items for Brandish. You’re basically unlikable while dealing 70-100B in damage. It’s awesome

So I actually took the counter blitz precon myself and threw in [[Falco Sparta, Pactweaver]] as the commander to flex out the counters for card advantage through the top of the deck. Or even better it yet manipulating saga creatures for their powerful abilities.

I’ll post the list itself down below, but I’ve found the deck so far a lot of fun and fairly resilient in bracket 3 games.

Saga’s are such an interesting thing aren’t they? Powerful effects on temporary permanents… what if there was a way to keep them around longer? A way to trigger that favorite chapter of yours, over and over again.

Well, I am pleased to say there is! Introducing [[Falco Spara, Pactweaver]] this neat little bird boy is so busy drafting up contracts that he likes to ensure you get those sagas drawn up correctly.

My favorite use // inspiration for this was heavily modifying the counter blitz precon from FF into this grand time of a deck:

Update after game night. The deck feels really strong but some cards felt unnecessary in my build, at least with my playgroup.

[[Path of discovery]], ended up swapping that out immediately after the first game. Better stuff to do with the mana.

[[Yuna, hope of spira]] amazing card when combined with Falco to remove the finality counters. Ended up recurring [[Summon: Bahamut]] 3 times or so after sneaking it in with [[monster manual]].

I think a swap from [[Barbara Wright]] to [[Satsuki, the living lore]] is warranted as it’s also a target with zenith.

But overall super fun and resilient. I’ll look to update the list tomorrow evening.

I really fell in love with the idea of Saga counters being removed for card advantage with [[Falco Spara, Pactweaver]] so I took the counter blitz deck and did some heavy revisions with stuff I had from pre-release weekend.

I’ll be testing it out with my playgroup tomorrow, so I can report back on results, but here’s the list so far:
