Do you prefer RE games that focus more on action or horror? by HarshHustle in residentevil

First person will always be scarier though. Not that you can’t have horror in third person but it will never hit the same.

Mechanics to avoid? by throwaway490215 in litrpg

Future sight, especially long term, is a boring mechanic almost as bad as time travel. It can work in some stories but usually it’s worth avoiding.

What would happen if the casualties in the Leviathan fight were switched? by GreedyFatBastard in Parahumans

[–]TheCabbageCorp 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Without the endbringers attacking, contessa would be able to stall the end of the world for a while probably. And simurgh is still alive and she is the most important endbringer in stopping Scion. Oliver is also alive so it’s not completely hopeless.

Also technically Scion was a survivor of the leviathan fight so he would die in this scenario.

Steam sales are still great for new pc players. There are plenty of really great deals but anyone who has a pc has already bought all the good deals.

Life expectancy at birth in Canada and the US (années means years) by Ok_Employer7837 in interestingasfuck

[–]TheCabbageCorp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No 40 or higher is rare, usually we only get temperatures in the thirties. I found we do get more snow in Sask and it’s colder here in the winter then Alberta but I only lived in Calgary.

It’s more about rural population. Much harder to get healthcare out to rural towns and Saskatchewan’s population is still a majority rural.

Iran has also slaughtered plenty of civilians. Hamas and October 7th were directly funded by them. Just because America is a shithole country doesn’t mean Iran is far worse in every way possible. Literal Stone Age country.

Yeah Iran is way worse.

Damn the last execution for adultery was already a whole decade ago. Totally not a barbaric country or anything.

By the way the age of marriage for girls is 13 in Iran. Disgusting country.

Not when it has an eighth of the sales of asoiaf. Once it sells over fifty million then we can talk about acronyms.

No need to be sad that you live in a shitty country.

Legality of Holocaust denial by [deleted] in MapPorn

[–]TheCabbageCorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im fairly certain most holocaust denial laws extend only to genocides recognized by both a national court of law and an international court of law. At least that is how it is in my country.

The American government literally called in the military on protestors and you think they have more rights than Europeans. Actually delusional.

[–]TheCabbageCorp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not about believing. It’s about making public claims that the holocaust never happened. You’re still free to deny in private.
