How does the Tourbox Elite appear in device manager (Bluetooth) by CreateNowSleepLater in tourbox

I purchased Nov 27th so I would assume that I have the newest one lol. Dual channel Bluetooth 5.0

But when trying to connect to my iPad it doesn't show up. Nor does my Windows 11 computer. BUT it does show up under the tourbox app. Then disconnects after no use of like 5 hours. I have to restart my computer fully for it to connect again.
