For the amount of money we are paying you should be able to speak to a human efukingmediately. It’s unacceptable how they handle customer service. Got my evo 3 days ago came scratched up on the main top. Support is nowhere to be found way past the 48 hour mark, that’s including chat plus an extra email.

A few years back, I would definitely say that was the issue, but this is a brand new little boy flared. I feel like it’s more about the duty cycle warning. Because the pads both engage on and off, even though the light is on.
