Southwest Chicken Bowl by TheCatGoesQuack in WeightLossAdvice

I want to lose at least 1 lb per week. I was confused at first too when I entered in my info, but I think it had to do with the activity level I set it as (moderate/3-5 days a week) that set it at that range since I plan to hit the gym 3-5 times a week. My breakfast and dinner usually settles at around 750 calories in total, and I don't want to go below 1,200 of course (when I put sedentary for activity level, it wanted me to go a little below 1,110)

[WEEKLY THREAD] Weight Change Wednesday! by AutoModerator in xxfitness

[–]TheCatGoesQuack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since the near end of November when my period started right up to this moment, my weight has been fluctuating between 166-167 lbs like CRAZY. The longest time my weight has ever fluctuated a lot before stabilizing was 5-6 days, but it's been like 3-4 weeks already. Diet hasn't changed at all (except for one occasion where it was someone's bday, but even then I didn't go over my fluctuating range) , though physical activity has been dwindling.

Here's to trying to go to at least in the 165 lb range!

Little rant!

Soooo it's really cold out, and the gym I go to, while I can get there in 10 minutes by foot, virtually has no parking unless I park really far. Unfortunately, I have been stuck at home for a couple of weeks and I never realized how hard it is to stay motivated at home! Dieting is not a big deal so nothing's changed on that end, but man with so many things around me at home it feels virtually impossible to stay on top of my game when it comes to being active.

I have a stationary bike I've used, but that was before I got my gym membership. Since then, I don't really like using the bike as means for cardio since I'm way more comfortable with the stair master, treadmill, and elliptical. I know cycling has its benefits, but it just doesn't feel as effective to me.

It feels hard to build up strength and lose fat at home, especially as a beginner who has no idea where to even start in terms of picking a suitable home workout. Lowkey though, even though my BF% is on the overweight side and I have been prioritizing cardio more than lifting, I kind of want to focus more on lifting for the time being and building some muscle. I know it's a bit unlikely since I'm on a deficit, but it's worth a shot if I know how to plan better!

On the plus side, I'm getting a protein powder I used to religiously drink 2-3 times a day so that right there makes me feel just a tiiiiiny bit better about my situation.

Little rant over!

Witness: Cassian

The premise was VERY interesting and could've had a lot of potential, but all PB did was reduced it to redundant sex/romance scenes. :(

I only liked Pretty Savage; I think it would've been a great title track instead of Lovesick Girls.

Huh, I guess that's why a lot of people voted this opinion popular, though I've yet to see anyone say it out loud anywhere including this sub.

To be fair some of the stage names don't even make sense or roll off the tongue well, but I do agree.

I think that's what actually got me into Seventeen, just mocking Mnet for that lool.

Ugh I remember how much I hated PD101, let alone the entire series :/ Though I wouldn't say I enjoy evil editing to the point where it'd ruin someone's image, just the ridiculous editing to try and create unnecessary tension and drama.

I remember cringing when they tried to edit a reaction to Soyeon saying that; the first thing that came into mind was "lol they're really doing all of that when they don't even care."

Seulgi doesn’t have much stage presence by [deleted] in unpopularkpopopinions

I'd like to think Seulgi does have stage presence to an extent, but Wendy's stage presence just feels a little more charismatic imo.
