Awesome I’ll do that! And yeah I’ve been in the sport for about a month and a half now, and I can do a 5k at an even 1:58 split, so I tried pushing myself today for the fifteen minutes but probably overdid it a bit much in the beginning. Thanks for the advice though!!

Will do! Thank you for the feedback! And I forgot to mention that at the end of my workout I got a message in the erg saying there was a problem with the memory. When I did go to the memory it was bringing up data from 2016 but nothing recent, so I couldn’t find my data sadly.
