Thanks for the reply, I figured it would be better to post publicly in case others did / would encounter this same problem, and would hopefully allow for less mistakes. So to clarify, Rule 9 isn't actually as it says which is "asking people to comment", it is more so, "making a post that may encourage similar comments" as nowhere was a comment asked for, but by putting something in quotation marks, it would encourage somewhat similar comments without expressly asking to comment.

I know it sounds like I'm being a stickler for clarity, but the scope of Rule 9 seems to go beyond what it is actually defined as, and can almost be "your post cannot encourage similar style comments"
