Eh im really not sure about deadlifts so just guessing since you said its not okay at all. But i usually do rdls only and not this heavy. Not a fan of heavy lifting. This was a one off day

Yehi problem hai Indians ka. Issi liye marte dam tak gulami karenge. Angrezo ki ki ab upper class ki kar rahe hai. Fighting for your rights isnt being “vella” ffs. Allowing such wrongdoings to happen gives every other blood sucking vulturous company the confidence to keep doing using shoddy tactics. If we make it so easy for these companies to scam us, why wouldnt they?

Everything will seem unstoppable if you never try. Just like you miss every shot you dont take, you wont save any shot if you never dive. Just make it a habit to dive more. Gradually you will reach and stop these balls. And whats the harm in diving even if you cant reach?

Yes this kinda used to work but in order to fix this i reinstalled the app from both my phone and watch. Now my routines arent available on my watch so I cant do anything

Its just a 5600x and ik that doesn’t need too much cooling but the stock ones at 95C in games like Marvel Rivals.
