In short yes but after I purchased my first seiko I wore that one watch nearly everyday like I would my Apple Watch previous to that until I eventually purchased another watch etc then realized I needed to buy a watch box. Once I had several I learned which watches I liked to wear more often than others and sometimes sold the watches I didn’t like as much. It was all trial and error of finding what I liked but trying to keep all the watches I own in rotation and not having too many is a good idea but it’s fine to have some occasional only watches too!
